TAP 2016, 21st International Transport and Air Pollution Conference, LYON, FRANCE, 24-/05/2016 - 26/05/2016. This part of tutorial focuses on the energy management techniques for HEV control. Using the developed models of the part 1 and the separation principle between the local level and the global level, the energy management problem will be formulated. Different methods to solve it will be detailed and discussed. Examples of simulations and tests will be given. Topics which will be presented: Energy management definition ; Rule based approaches ; Optimization based approaches ; From offline assessment to online implementation ; Pollutant emissions as constraints ; Pollutant emissions as part of the optimization.
